At the beginning to create such a shape I used tools [Tool Pen] and I filled it bright red. Indicated, then the tool [Burn Tool] to dim areas at the edges. That was the front cover. In the second step is to copy the layer with the cover and using the option Image> Adjustments> Brightness & Contrast darken it and then move a few pixels down.

Please note the order of layers! Recently created layer must be located under a layer of lighter. In this step, click on the lighter layer holding the CTRL key. This will mark the outlines of the upper cover. Now select the option to decrease the Select> Modify> Contract and enter 1pixel. Create a new layer and fill the selection with white color. Now, just like at the beginning of Wizard little horns (!) With [Burn Tool]. Now, this layer should be placed between two other (between the covers). Highlight the white layer and press Ctrl + Alt (hold), now press several times on the down arrow on the keyboard. This will copy the layer and placing it at 1pix below.

In order to receive gloss effect is to create a new layer, draw with [Tool Pen] more or less the shape as below.

Click the right mouse button and select the Make Selection? . Now it's still an active indication to press CTRL + SHIFT + ALT and click on the layer with the top cover. Selections to intersect, now choose Select> Modify> Contract and enter 1 pixel. Fill the selection with white color options and set the layer opacity to 50%.

Create a new layer, draw a shape, as shown below the image, using the [Tool Pen], change the selection (right click> Make selection?) And fill with white color. Done.

Binding rings are made in a similar way using [Tool Pen] circle ring contours and fill them light gray. Then right-click on the layer of the PM rings and choose Blending Options> Stork. The color change in the window on a black or very dark gray, Size: 1 pixel, Positin: inside. Click OK.
